My Results From Using SKIN SO SOFT Soft & Glow Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer

I ordered the new Avon SKIN SO SOFT Soft & Glow Satin Glow Daily Body Moisturizer for Medium Skin Tones several weeks ago. I was excited to try out a new sunless tanning moisturizer, especially one priced competitively with drugstore brands. While this product wasn’t a total hit, it also wasn’t the worst sunless tanning lotion that I have used. Here are a few of my observations:
Pro’s
*Nice and pleasant scent
*Absorbs into skin quickly
*Non greasy formula
*Provides natural shades of a tan
*Color appears after several hours
*Does good job of moisturizing skin
Con’s
*Must rub this one in very carefully. Any dark spots or bruises will end up darker and stand out. Watch out for your knees, elbows and ankles! I’m usually very careful about the knees, ankles and elbows but I didn’t expect to see a bruise stand out the way it did. I also had a few other areas (scar and age spots) show up way darker than they ever had with other sunless tanning products.
Final Thoughts
While this isn’t a totally bad tanning product, do be aware of the results I got with bruises and other discolorations you may have. This is the only con I found, but a big one, since you don’t want to enhance a bruise!
